Starting Out!
Alright, so basically this is currently the newest and most successful newest Pokemon RPG around. So, go create your account now. You'll have to give yourself a username, a password, and you'll have to select a starter pokemon and an avatar to use while playing the rpg. Now that you have done that, go ahead and log in to begin your journey into the pokemon world!
Trading!
Alright, so now that you've created your account, go ahead and start browsing the site. You'll see maps, a Daily Gift that you can get at 12:00AM PVT. Claim the gift, and you'll get money, or money and an Unown. This will help you start off trading with other people. Now that you have done that, go to the IRC Chat, which is found in the bottom left hand corner of the menu boxes. Most people here will be nice enough to give you something small to start off with unless they are a bit wealthy and give you something pretty big. I know I would! Just a note here, but some people can be quite mean and just flame you because you offered badly. Don't get upset or disappointed because there are many more people to trade with! Oh, and make some friends while trying to trade! They will sure come in handy later on!
Training
Alright, so this is the most efficient and the quickest way of getting richer and richer on the rpg if you dislike trading. Now, you might be wondering who is best to train on, and why. I can answer your question, and the answer is Jim - #2222. This is because he has the highest leveled Blisseys in the game, which are the best pokemon to train off of. Even better, they don't hit you back which means that you can faint them and level up rapidly! Now, if you are just starting out on the rpg, it'll take a long time to faint just one of them with your level 5 starter pokemon, so what you want to do to make leveling 100x quicker is teach the pokemon that you are going to train up, Toxic in the first move slot, and Focus Punch in the other three move slots. When you first begin the battle against Jim - #2222, use Toxic and then follow up with Focus Punch until the first Blissey faints. Repeat that for the entire battle. Now, you went from being level 5, to being about level 113 in just a single battle! Now, once you have a decent training pokemon(a fighting-type at a high level), you will be training enough that you will be making enough money to buy pokemon with.
Trainer Levels, and Trainer Exp
For each and every pokemon you faint in a battle, you will be awarded a certain amount of Trainer Experience. Trainer experience, once gotten enough of, will raise your Trainer Level. Your trainer level will let you buy things in the Pokemon Market depending on what your trainer level is. For each trainer level besides Trainer Level 1, there will be an additional two pokemon in the market. Trainer Level is also called TL, T standing for Trainer and L standing for Level of course. Here is a chart of trainer levels and the trainer Experience needed to be that Trainer Level.
